Action face is trued on customer supplied action. Bolt face is trued and locking lugs are hand lapped to action. Match grade barrel precision threaded and fit to action. The chamber is cut to minimum headspace using match grade reamer. Barrel is target crowned at customer specified length. Factory trigger is tuned for no creep, minimum over travel, and set at 3 lbs. pull weight. Warne bases are installed and Warne 1" quick detach double lever rings are included.
Classic style XX grade English walnut stock is precisely inletted to the barrelled action. The stock is cut to customer length of pull over recoil pad. Barrelled action is glass bedded into the stock. A filled hand rubbed satin oil finish is applied to the stock. Stock is checkered at 22 lpi with a wrap around grip and forearm point pattern. Standard sling swivels are included.
