Starting with a customer supplied Remington 700 or Winchester M-70 post-64 action, the action face is trued. The bolt face is trued and the locking lugs are hand lapped to the action. A match grade barrel is precision threaded and fit to the action. The chamber is cut to minimum headspace using a match grade reamer. The barrel is target crowned at the customer specified length. The factory trigger is tuned for no creep, minimum over travel and set at 3 lbs. pull weight. Warne bases are installed and 1" Warne quick detach double lever rings are included.
