This is a Serious Dangerous Game Rifle based on a customer supplied suitable controlled round feed Winchester M-70, CZ 550 Magnum, or Mauser 98 Action.
Action face is trued. Bolt face trued and locking lugs hand lapped to action. Match grade barrel precision threaded and fit to action. Chamber is cut to minimum head space using match grade reamer. Barrel is target crowned at customer specified length. Hooded ramp front sight and island rear. Along with a barrel band sling swivel stud and barrel recoil lug are fitted to barrel and soldered into place. Factory trigger is tuned for no creep, minimum overtravel and set at 3.5 lbs.
Barrelled action is precisely mated to classic style XXX Grade English walnut stock cut to customer length of pull over recoil pad, with shadow line cheek piece, steel grip cap, ebony forend tip, crossbolt with ebony plug and standard sling swivel stud. A filled hand rubbed satin oil finish is applied and the stock is checkered at 22 LPI with a over the top grip and wrap around forearm point pattern.
