Using customer supplied Remington 700 or Winchester M-70 post-64 action, the action face is trued. Bolt face is trued and the locking lugs are hand lapped to the action. A cryo treated, fluted match grade stainless barrel is precision threaded and fit to the action. The chamber is cut to minimum headspace using a match grade reamer. Barrel is target crowned at customer specified length. Factory trigger is tuned for no creep, minimum over travel, and set at 3 lbs weight of pull. Custom tapered bases are installed and Warne 1" quick detach double are lapped for precise alignment. Action is glass bedded into H-S Precision Tactical stock and barrel is floated.
